2 cups jiaogulan (gynostemma) tea (hot)(Dragon Herbs Spring Longevity Tea)
1 tablespoon lucuma powder –for creamy texture and sweet flavor (Ultimate Superfoods
1 teaspoon chaga extract powder (Mountain Rose Herbs)
1 teaspoon maca powder (Health Force Nutritionals)
1/4teaspoon astragalus extract powder (Mountain Rose Herbs)
1/4teaspoon ashwagandha (Mountain Rose Herbs)
1/4teaspoon vanilla
Sweetener(low-glycemic):green leaf stevia or flavored stevia (chocolate, vanilla, English toffee, orange, raspberry), xylitol, or erythritol (Zero).
1pinch of sea salt or sea kelppowder
Boil water and allow tea to steep for 10 minutes or longer.Put tea and remaining ingredients in blender.Blend until smooth. Adjust flavorings and sweeteners to taste.

16 ounces purified water
4 large Brazil nuts
1 tablespoon raw organic walnuts

1/2 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder(Mountain Rose Herbs)

1 teaspoon broccoli sprout powder
1/4 teaspoon fo-ti (ho shou wu)
1/4 teaspoon milk thistle seed extract powder
1/2 teaspoon chaga
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon sesame tahini or coconut oil1 capful liquid minerals (Sunwarrior Liquid Light Fulvic Acid Minerals)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 handful of arugula
a few sunflower sprouts
1 tablespoon chlorella
2 drops lemon essential oil
2 drops peppermint essential oil
2 drops Young Living “Thieves” essential oil
1/8 teaspoon stevia powder
4 drops chocolate liquid stevia
1 teaspoon Jerusalem artichoke syrup
Boil water. Brew licorice tea bag and holy basil (use a tea ball) in separate cups. While the teas are brewing, put the dry ingredients into your blender. Then add sesame tahini, hemp seeds, arugula, sunflower sprouts, chlorella, and liquid minerals. Add tea water to blender. Blend until smooth and liquid. Add essential oils, stevia powder, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, and chocolate liquid stevia. Blend again. Caution: Don’t use licorice root tea if you have high blood pressure.You could also use water, nut milk, vegetable broth, or juice instead of tea water. Use coconut cream for a smoother elixir. You can use shredded coconut if you have a high-speed blender. If you want the elixir thicker, you can add more coconut or add different nuts like pumpkin seeds.You can use other spices to create a chai spice flavor. These are ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom

16 ounces water for licorice tea brew
2 tablespoons almonds, washed, soaked overnight, and rinsed
3 large Brazil nuts, soaked

1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4teaspoon fennel powder or 2 drops fennel essential oil
1/4 teaspoon saw palmetto powder or a dropperful of tincture (optional for extra hormone boost)
1/4 teaspoon stevia, green leaf powder, or 3-4 drops your choice flavored Sweet Leaf Stevia(or 1 teaspoon Zeroif you don’t favor the taste of stevia)
Optional –if you are not sensitive to blood sugar swings, add 3 fresh ripe figs and a handful each of raspberries and strawberries
Boil water, pour over tea bags or loose leaf tea and allow herbs to steep 10 minutes or longer to get to full flavor and strength. Strain if using loose leaf tea. Allow to cool for cold beverage or use hot for a warm elixir.Put tea plus all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, then adjust flavorings and sweeteners to taste.
